About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Recruitment Specialist with a strong background in hiring niche profiles to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process that meets our workforce demands. Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment interviews and candidate management for Contact Center Recruitment, Non-Class Based, Specialized, or Niche Roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and role fit. Coordinate and participate in job fairs, hiring events, and campus recruitment drives. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports. Stay updated on labor market trends and best practices in volume hiring. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Contact Center Recruitment Hiring, Non-Class Based, Specialized, or Niche Hiring. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Taleo, Workday, Greenhouse). Preferrably with experience in BPO recruitment or volume recruitment.
