- Support high-volume recruitment campaigns across various sales channels and regions.
- Coordinate sourcing through job boards, social media, events, referrals, and recruitment partners.
- Manage job postings, application tracking, and scheduling of candidate interviews.
- Conduct initial screening and assist in shortlisting candidates based on predefined criteria.
- Maintain an updated talent pool for quick redeployment across hiring waves.
- Provide timely communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure accurate and complete candidate records in the ATS or recruitment tracker.
- Assist in maintaining a professional and engaging candidate experience.
- Coordinate closely with training teams to ensure smooth handoff of newly hired candidates.
- Track onboarding milestones and training attendance of new sellers.
- Help monitor readiness indicators such as training completion, credential submissions, and activation timelines.
- Flag delays or drop-off risks during onboarding to relevant teams for follow-up.
- Assist in collating feedback from new hires on the onboarding and activation process.
- Track volume hiring metrics such as applicants sourced, interviews conducted, and hires completed.
- Update dashboards and generate regular reports for internal teams.
- Highlight bottlenecks or trends affecting recruitment performance.
- Liaise with Sales, HR, Training, and Admin teams for end-to-end recruitment coordination.
- Provide logistical support for recruitment events, training days, and onboarding sessions.
- Engage with third-party agencies or community partners to support bulk sourcing needs.
- Ensure that all candidate documentation, background checks, and hiring forms are complete and in line with company policy.
- Support adherence to labor and data privacy regulations during recruitment and onboarding.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
- 3 5 years of experience in volume recruitment, preferably in sales, BPO, Real Estate, retail, or other high-turnover environments.
- Experience supporting onboarding or training logistics is a plus.
- Familiar with applicant tracking systems and digital recruitment tools.
- Strong coordination, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
