Key Responsibilities:As a Supply Chain Associate, your responsibilities will include: * Assisting with the procurement process, including vendor and SKU set-up, soliciting quotes, and executing purchase orders

Communicating with suppliers to track order confirmation and key PO milestones, resolve issues, consolidate invoices and PMTs, and ensure timely delivery of goods
Supporting logistics activities such as shipment tracking, customs clearance and transportation coordination
Assisting in monitoring inventory levels and safety stock, and reconciling various discrepancies
Performing data input and cleaning and analyzing supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to procurement, logistics, and inventory management activities
Collaborating with internal teams, including purchasing, operations, and finance, to support supply chain initiatives and projects
Participating in special projects as assigned by the Global Supply Chain Manager or other members of the supply chain team

Work Schedule

This position requires working the graveyard shift.
