Duties and Responsibilities: * Oversees, leads, plans, organizes, and controls the overall operation of Plant Utilities; Safety and Environment; Equipment Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Repair; to ensure operations reliability through cost effective maintenance and management system. Plant Utilities include the following:

refrigeration system
air conditioning system
steam generation system
compressed air system
water treatment and supply system
hot water supply system
vacuum generation system
power generation and distribution system
Manages/oversees the Power, Refrigeration and Utilities Operation and Maintenance performance of the third-party service providers.
Oversees the production maintenance during night shift to ensure continuous support to production and to provide necessary actions or decisions.
Ensures compliance to all Government regulations.

Qualifications: * Education

Licensed Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer
Working Experience
With at least 5 years of utilities-related experience
Has practical knowledge in utilities machineries and processes.
Has practical knowledge in preventive and corrective maintenance.
Knowledgeable in reading and interpreting mechanical/electrical plans.
Knowledgeable in Good Manufacturing Practices
Qualities:
Good problem-solving skills.
Good leadership skills
Good computer and presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Honest, responsible, team player, take-charge guy, professional, dedicated to his commitment, has high moral values.
Working Conditions
Able to work inside air-conditioned and chilled environment.
