
Insight Support Associate - Quantitative

- Assigned specific projects, supported development of key materials such as drafting questionnaires/ quota development, survey QC, draft analytic plans, and creating report templates/shells.
- Draft, revise, and finalize questionnaires, quota plans, and stimuli in accordance with study objectives and templates.
- Implement stimuli edits based on Insight’s team feedback
- Draft banner and analytics plans to support data analysis and reporting.
- Review tabs for accuracy
- Create project templates/shells with instructions for data population
- Support project follow-up materials post-project delivery.
- On assigned projects, coordinate with internal operations and analytics teams to manage timelines with proactive, daily communication of project status and updates to internal teams
- Using the internal project management software, update timelines/track progress across project phases
- Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain workflow momentum.
- Assist in maintaining consistency and quality across deliverables through the application of established standards and best practices.
- Share feedback with stakeholders both within the Insights function and cross-functionally about how to improve processes and maximize efficiency.
- 2-3+ years of experience in market research or a related field, preferably in project coordination, operations, or an analyst role.
- Familiarity with quantitative research processes, including survey design, sampling, and data handling.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work, with the ability to follow instructions and flag discrepancies early.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Comfortable working behind-the-scenes and supporting others in client delivery.
- Comfortable working independently to complete tasks with input from team members
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and internal coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Powerpoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with survey platforms or data tabulation tools is a plus.
