We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Caller (OB Caller) with experience in the healthcare sector to promote our Virtual Assistant (VA) services to nursing homes, care facilities, and senior living centers. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and understands the operational challenges within healthcare facilities. Your role is to initiate contact, build relationships, and introduce our specialized virtual assistant solutions to decision-makers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to a targeted list of nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers.
  • Introduce and explain the benefits of our Virtual Assistant services tailored to healthcare operations.
  • Identify and qualify leads by engaging with administrators, directors of nursing, HR managers, or other decision-makers.
  • Set appointments for our sales or client success team to conduct follow-up presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.
  • Provide regular updates on call activity and lead generation performance. Must be comfortable being on Zoom for the shift.
Qualifications:
  • Proven outbound calling or telemarketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or staffing/recruitment field.
  • Knowledge of the challenges and needs in nursing homes or healthcare facilities.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional, confident, and clear speaking voice.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic productivity tools.
  • Fluent in English with little to no accent preferred.
Preferred but Not Required:
  • Previous experience offering virtual staffing or BPO services.
  • Background in healthcare admin, recruiting, or HR.
