
Outbound Caller - Healthcare Recruitment (Virtual Assistant Services)

- Make outbound calls to a targeted list of nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers.
- Introduce and explain the benefits of our Virtual Assistant services tailored to healthcare operations.
- Identify and qualify leads by engaging with administrators, directors of nursing, HR managers, or other decision-makers.
- Set appointments for our sales or client success team to conduct follow-up presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Provide regular updates on call activity and lead generation performance. Must be comfortable being on Zoom for the shift.
- Proven outbound calling or telemarketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry or staffing/recruitment field.
- Knowledge of the challenges and needs in nursing homes or healthcare facilities.
- Strong communication skills with a professional, confident, and clear speaking voice.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic productivity tools.
- Fluent in English with little to no accent preferred.
- Previous experience offering virtual staffing or BPO services.
- Background in healthcare admin, recruiting, or HR.
