This is a dynamic role where you will be responsible for two key areas of our business growth:
  • Recruiting: You will actively search for qualified skilled trades professionals and technicians on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards. You'll make the first contact, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews for our hiring manager.
  • Inside Sales: You will be the friendly voice of our company, proactively following up with customers on existing leads and open quotes. Your goal is to help customers move forward and book our services.
  • Phone Support: When our main lines are busy, you will act as a backup to answer incoming customer calls, ensuring no customer is left waiting.
  • Admin: You'll keep our customer and candidate records clean and up-to-date in our system.
Requirements
  • Exceptional English: You must have fluent, clear, and natural-sounding English (both spoken and written).
  • A Proactive Thinker: You don't wait to be told what to do. You can see a problem, think critically about the solution, and take initiative.
  • Confident on the Phone: You must be comfortable and professional making outbound calls and speaking with a variety of people.
  • Experience is a Plus: Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or recruiting is highly valued.
  • Organized and Reliable: You can manage your time effectively, juggling both sales and recruiting tasks without letting things slip through the cracks.
  • Tech Savvy: You're comfortable learning new software and have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet place to work.
