Responsibilities: Providing general support, administration, and maintenance for the global SFDC platform including interfaces to SAP, Eloqua, ServiceNow and other systems. Working directly with key users and end users to resolve support issues within SFDC Support execution of the QIAGEN Digital Roadmap, business process automation and system integrations Continuously monitor and improve org health and user adoption Ensure overall SFDC compliance (SOX, FDA, internal, etc.) and support regular audits Work on simple to moderate user stories or change requests in an Agile Sprint Release Experiences, Skills, Tools & Systems At least 1 year of information technology experience in a customer-facing organization 1-2 years of working experience as Salesforce Support with a solid understanding of platform-specific design patterns and large data volume strategies, Lightning experience is a plus At least 1 year of information technology experience in a customer-facing organization Willing to work onsite at McKinley West, Taguig Willing to work in Mid shift schedule Willing to start ASAP Show more Show less
