Lead the Salesforce operations team in a 24/5 shift model, ensuring effective and consistent support. Collaborate closely with the local CRM Operations and Development Lead, as well as an experienced team of in-house consultants based in Germany. Ensure the delivery of high-quality CRM services, meeting established service levels and KPIs. Oversee all aspects of team management, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, employee development, and retention. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years' experience in CRM Operations, with proven expertise in managing related services. At least 1 year of experience in a people management role.
