- Qualify leads, set meetings, and schedule appointments between prospective customers and a sales representative
- Research, identify, and create new market opportunities through targeted engagement with prospect accounts
- Perform high-volume outreach, maintaining a high level of productivity through frequent calls and emails to prospective clients or candidates.
- Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
- Support Account Executives on outbound strategies and lead-generating efforts
- Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward
- Establish active communication and engagement with prospects to create new leads and sales openings
- Maintain high professionalism and customer service when interacting with clients or potential clients
- Track activity and progress through Salesforce (or your CRM)
- Has experience in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, and Cold calling in a B2B set-up
- Able to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet targets.
