- Manage the receipt, organization, and processing of 3rd party invoices.
- Verify invoice accuracy and completeness before processing for payment.
- Maintain filing systems for invoices and relevant documentation.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice inquiries.
- Assist with administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, managing business travel, and handling correspondence.
- Support the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
- Facilitate corporate documentation requirements.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support employee engagement and business activities conducted remotely, on-site or at an external venue.
- Provide general support to the Country Manager in running site operations.
- Education - Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Experience - Previous experience in an administrative role or in invoice management is advantageous.
- Fresh Graduates Welcomed - Relevant internship or coursework in administration or accounting are considered a plus.
- Language: Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
