Overview We are seeking an experienced Dialer & CRM Administrator based in the Philippines to manage and optimize high-volume campaigns using ViciDial, with deep expertise in ringless voicemail (RVM), SMS, and voice blast tools. Must understand advanced data uploading, list segmentation, and compliance-aware campaign setup across multiple verticals (finance, tax, legal, etc.). Key Responsibilities Manage full dialer operations (ViciDial/Ytel) across inbound/outbound, live transfers, callbacks, and RVM campaigns Upload, scrub, and segment data lists for maximum deliverability and match Execute and track ringless voicemail, SMS, voice broadcast campaigns using internal and third-party tools Monitor agent performance and call flow KPIs within dialer Troubleshoot live issues, manage call queues, assign campaigns, adjust call routing Set up and manage disposition mapping, call routing rules, voicemail drops, and DNC compliance Integrate dialer performance into CRM or reporting dashboards Provide analytics, campaign performance, and list penetration insights weekly Requirements Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience running ViciDial or Ytel dialer campaigns Expert in RVM campaigns, SMS scheduling, and automated voice broadcasting Strong experience uploading raw data and formatting for multi-tier campaign launches Ability to handle call pacing, retry logic, carrier restrictions, and time zone settings Familiarity with call center metrics: Contact Rate, Conversion %, Callbacks, Drops Bonus: Experience with integrations (e.g., webhooks, CRMs, reporting tools) With strong leadership skills Salary Range: PHP 50,000- PHP 60,000 per month HOW TO APPLY: 1.
