We are looking for a Media Buyer & Optimization Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. You will focus on acquiring new customers while achieving target ROI and CPA. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and skilled in negotiating with advertising channels to maximize campaign performance. Responsibilities Channel Ownership & Strategy Take ownership of assigned channels, managing budget pacing and ensuring quality and efficiency Define channel strategy per campaign objective, including audience targeting and content strategy Align ad specs and analytics requirements with internal stakeholders Media Buying, Reporting & Optimization Execute paid media campaigns on platforms such as Telegram, Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, DSPs, and others Monitor campaigns daily to meet ROI and CPA targets Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies Manage advertising budgets efficiently and track spend Prepare structured performance reports with actionable insights Ensure compliance with internal and external standards Identify new traffic sources and growth opportunities Collaboration & Analytics Work closely with creative and content teams to improve ad performance Set up tracking and measurement tools (pixels, conversion tracking, analytics dashboards) Stay up to date on industry trends and platform updates Job Requirements Minimum 23 years of hands-on experience in media buying or performance marketing Knowledgeable in ROI and CPA Skilled in channel/media negotiation and budget management Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Power BI) (ExcelGoogle AnalyticsAppsflyerPower BI Proficient with MS Office and data visualization tools Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset Strong communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal)
