The ideal candidate has over 3 years of hands-on experience managing performance-driven campaigns, combined with creative production skills or the ability to collaborate effectively with designers to produce high-quality paid content. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta ads Monitor KPIs such as CPA, CTR, and other performance metrics to ensure campaign efficiency Conduct A/B testing to identify growth opportunities and refine targeting, creative, and bidding strategies Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce engaging video and static ad creatives Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features, tools, and industry best practices Requirements 3+ years of proven experience in running Meta Ads with a focus on performance marketing Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Hands-on experience in producing or coordinating video and visual ad creatives Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Nice to Have Strong attention to detail with a structured and precise working style Organizational skills and the ability to build and manage multiple projects from 0 to 1 Experience with Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or other online advertising platforms Knowledge of conversion tracking and attribution models
