Location: On-site – Bacolod City, Philippines
Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Manager to join our on-site team in Bacolod. This role is essential in driving business growth through strategic lead generation initiatives and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, along with a strong background in research and lead management.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Research
  • Conduct in-depth market and industry research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
  • Gather and verify contact information and other relevant data from various sources.
  • Maintain and manage a clean, updated, and organized contact database.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly lead generation reports and performance summaries.
Team Management
  • Oversee and evaluate the daily performance of the lead generation team.
  • Set and monitor KPIs to ensure productivity and output standards are met.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to improve team effectiveness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align strategies and support the sales pipeline.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Scan, review, verify, and upload leads and documents to the appropriate systems or databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates across all platforms.
  • Analyze lead conversion trends to improve future campaigns and initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure lead quality and alignment with target markets.
  • Leverage internal tools and resources to meet client and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support broader business development goals.
Other Duties
  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in lead generation, business development, or a similar managerial role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with superb attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, data management platforms, and lead generation software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
Work Setup:
  • On-site in Bacolod City
  • Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility depending on business needs
