Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize customer value. Provide accurate forecasts and maintain detailed CRM records. Mentor and guide junior team members to build a strong, high-performing sales culture. What We're Looking For Proven track record in B2B sales , ideally in SaaS, HR Tech, or enterprise software . Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a hunter mindset . Proficiency with CRM platforms and data-driven sales reporting . A strategic thinker who adapts quickly to market dynamics.
