  • Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and providing updates on order status or delivery.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the companys products or services to accurately answer questions and offer recommendations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using the companys CRM or other systems.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve the companys products, services, and overall customer experience.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
