- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and providing updates on order status or delivery.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of the companys products or services to accurately answer questions and offer recommendations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using the companys CRM or other systems.
- Customer Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve the companys products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics) to ensure that customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
