- Source, pitch, and close strategic partnerships across retail, real estate, eCommerce, tech platforms, and lifestyle brands
- Develop co-marketing campaigns, integrations, and bundled offerings that drive demand and customer acquisition
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
- Design and implement scalable partner programs such as affiliate, referral, and channel partnerships
- Analyze partnership performance and optimize for revenue impact and retention
- Coordinate with Legal and Finance on agreements, terms, and revenue-sharing models
- Report regularly on partnership pipeline and performance to leadership
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or growth strategy
- Proven success managing full-cycle partnership deals and initiatives
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven with proficiency in CRM and analytics tools
