  • Territory Assignment: Focusing in Cebu, Davao and Iloilo (preferably based in Cebu)
Must be willing to manage Institutional Accounts in any location in the Philippines
  • Work with a highly engaged team of Sales, Marketing and Technical professionals
WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE PART OF THE VACCINES TEAM?KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Understanding individual account’s business model, strategic direction, and business issues
  • Mapping and engagement of stakeholders in different institutions that influence strategic decisions for the company's brands
  • Initiates, formulates and leads the development and execution of account-specific strategic and tactical plans to drive top and bottom lines
  • Develop detailed account profiles that will serve as a tool for investment and optimization
  • Seeks & initiates engagement with key relevant organizations that can influence strategic accounts and stake holders
  • Deliver Business Results and mastery of business processes of varied institutional accounts:
  • Affiliating & providing appropriate engagements like trainings & workshops to HSPs to reach more corporations for more sustained results
  • Activation of new business including industrial accounts until reaching saturation point
  • Widening portfolio within existing accounts
  • Create need for our brands to be included in government, civic organizations & NGO projects & initiatives
  • Understanding & seeking different government & NGO funding for repeated & sustained business
  • Establish inventory level to ensure product availability all the time
  • Mastery of ordering and delivery system of accounts
Job Requirements:
  • At least 3 years Account Management Experience (preferably Pharmaceutical and Consumer)
  • Excellent track record
