- Provide high-level administrative support, including:
- Managing complex calendars
- Booking travel arrangements and restaurant reservations
- Coordinating events and team processes
- Processing expenses in a timely manner
- Drafting and managing correspondence
- Providing regular updates on in-flight projects
- Develop a strong understanding of our client's operations and reflect its professionalism and charisma in written communications, especially with external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, managing logistics, and ensuring timely follow-up.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, Excel, and project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Experience working with US-based clients/companies or in a startup environment is a plus.
