This role ensures that all legal documentation, corporate governance records, investment agreements, and deal documentation across the group are properly prepared, organized, and maintained. The role acts as the central legal operations hub for the organization, coordinating between the CEO, external legal advisors, accountants, and corporate service providers. This position focuses on legal systems, documentation, governance, and compliance, ensuring the organization operates with institutional-grade legal discipline. This role does not provide legal advice but ensures that legal processes, documentation, and corporate governance obligations are executed accurately and efficiently.
