Job Description Conduct thorough reviews of income documents such as pay slips, tax returns, and bank statements. Verify the authenticity and accuracy of income information provided by applicants. Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, or red flags in income documentation. Request additional documentation as needed to clarify income information. Accurately input income data into the credit system. Maintain detailed and organized documentation of income verification processes. Update applicant files with verification results and supporting documentation. Effectively communicate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members regarding income verification findings. Provide clear and concise explanations of income verification results. Adhere to strict quality control standards and procedures. Identify and report potential fraud or suspicious activity. Contribute to the development and improvement of income verification processes. Report regularly to Digital Credit Ops Lead and perform other functions as deemed necessary. Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree in any related course At least 1 - 2 years of work experience as Income Document Specialist or a related role Strong understanding of income verification guidelines and regulations is essential Experience in the financial services industry preferred Detail-oriented individual and ability to multitask Amenable to work in Ortigas, Mandaluyong Show more Show less
