This remote role is all about accuracy, consistency, and self-management. You’ll prepare, review, and submit critical legal documents, often working with sensitive customer data where precision is paramount.We’ve learned firsthand that a lack of ownership in this role can lead to errors and delays. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a process-driven environment, takes accountability seriously, and is obsessed with getting the details right.Key Responsibilities
- Review customer-submitted information for completeness and accuracy
- Combine PDFs and prepare final document packets for filing and submission
- Upload files to platforms like LetterStream with 100% accuracy
- Research and verify court information: addresses, divisions, and filing protocols
- Track tasks and deadlines using tools like Airtable and HubSpot
- Collaborate with the customer success team to clarify missing or unclear info
- Identify and flag process improvements to enhance accuracy and speed
- Documents are submitted error-free and on time
- All details are double-checked—from names and addresses to formatting and structure
- You own your workflow and require minimal follow-up
- Procedures are followed with discipline, but you’re not afraid to suggest a better way
- Proven track record of managing detailed, repetitive tasks with extreme accuracy
- Experience in document preparation, admin, operations, or paralegal support is a plus
- Comfortable with tools like PDF editors, Google Workspace, Airtable, and HubSpot
- Strong written communicator who asks thoughtful questions when needed
- Highly self-motivated and reliable in a remote setup
