- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Implement and monitor operational systems such as cash handling, security protocols, kitchen management, and crisis management procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality control guidelines.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, food costs, and waste control.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service and operational excellence.
- Manage work schedules, task assignments, and performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and P&L reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets, manage expenses, and maximize profitability.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain brand reputation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in the food industry, preferably in fast food or other high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Proven knowledge of P&L management, cost control, and kitchen operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining operational excellence.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and people management skills.
