- Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to operational systems and service standards.
- Help oversee implementation of store procedures, including inventory, cash control, kitchen operations, and cleanliness protocols.
- Ensure that food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
- Monitor daily performance and assist in reporting on key operational metrics.
- Supervise front- and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service delivery.
- Support in scheduling, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- Address employee and customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Step in for the Restaurant Manager during absences to ensure consistent leadership.
- Support in managing customer satisfaction by ensuring prompt service, clean facilities, and accurate orders.
- Assist in driving sales targets and controlling store expenses.
- Promote teamwork and high morale among staff to maintain a positive working environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience in the food service industry, preferably in fast food or other fast-paced environments.
- Working knowledge of kitchen operations, inventory control, and basic P&L understanding.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to take initiative and step up when needed, especially during the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
