Salary: Php 40,000 – Php 50,000 plus CommissionThe Team Leader – After-hours Talent Consultant plays a critical leadership role in overseeing the After-hours Recruitment Team, ensuring operational continuity, service excellence, and consistent delivery of recruitment KPIs. This role is responsible for managing team performance, maintaining after-hours coverage, and stepping into operational duties when required to ensure uninterrupted service.
This position requires a proactive leader with strong recruitment expertise, excellent decision-making skills, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining a positive and collaborative team environment.JOB DESCRIPTION FOR TEAM LEADER – AFTERHOURS TALENT CONSULTANT
ROLE OBJECTIVES
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Company division after hours.
- Lead, manage, and support the After-hours Talent Consultant team.
- Ensure full shift coverage and personally take over operational duties when a team member is unable to work.
- Maintain and improve team conversion rates across all jobs.
- Ensure individual and team OKRs are consistently achieved.
- Oversee efficient CV send times and quality of candidate submissions.
- Maintain consistently high customer service feedback ratings.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams and leadership to drive revenue growth.
- Promote accountability, performance excellence, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Manage daily operations of the Afterhours Recruitment Team.
- Monitor attendance and ensure complete shift coverage at all times.
- Step into full recruitment consultant responsibilities when required due to absenteeism or operational gaps.
- Conduct regular performance check-ins, coaching sessions, and feedback meetings.
- Track and report team KPIs, productivity, and conversion performance.
- Identify training needs and support skill development initiatives.
- Foster a positive, motivated, and collaborative team culture.
- College graduate of any 4-year course.
- Minimum 2–3 years recruitment agency experience (resourcing/sourcing preferred) or Sales Call Center Experience.
- At least 1 to 2 years of team leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs and conversion metrics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage performance and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
