The Core Systems Officer is responsible for monitoring / coordinating Trust & Investments Group's Core System activities related to project management and core system management. Responsibilities: Project Management Project Planning - Assists in the evaluation of systems development projects, provides inputs for project plans and implementation strategies. Project Execution - Manages the implementation assigned projects which includes monitoring of deadlines, deliverables, resources and timelines; Leads, monitors and conducts User/Systems Acceptance Testing, monitors preparation and submission of test plans, test scripts, reviews system test results and user sign-offs. Provides updates on the project status and issue resolutions. Coordinates with IT / vendors on project management activities and tasks. Project Documentation and Post Implementation Review - Ensures completeness of project documentation and reviews of implemented projects Others- Monitors Business Cases, Business Requirements, Change Requests; provides regular reporting to TIG Heads; Coordinates with Business Units & Training Unit for Training Plans 2. Core System Management Resolution of Project related concerns - Ensures proper escalation and resolution of incident reports for simple to medium types of core-system projects 3. Regulatory Assists the Core System Manager in the responses to system Audit Referral Memos and in monitoring the status of action plans 4. Enterprise Projects Assists / Supports in Enterprise Projects affecting the Business Units 5. Others Performs all other assigned tasks in accordance with established policies, guidelines, procedures and standards, that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: Graduate of BS Management Engineering; BS Computer Science; BS Industrial Engineering; BS Business Management; BS Management of Information Systems. With at least 2 year experience in Project Management, Financial Management Systems; Business Systems Management; or Strategic Planning, preferably gained from bank or other financial institutions. Technical and Analytical Expertise : Includes knowledge of system/platform development life cycle, data analysis, business analysis, and production issue monitoring. Project and Process Management : Covers project management (both theoretical and practical), business requirement/case writing, user acceptance testing, and familiarity with various techniques and tools. Interpersonal and Consulting Skills : Encompasses problem-solving, decision-making, communication, negotiation, presentation, conflict management, organization, and consulting skills.
