The Systems Support Officer is primarily responsible for providing ULCG system support by evaluating; coordinating and implementing system development/enhancement to ensure production incidents are managed and/or resolved. The position is also responsible in supervising the unit's performance in completing system and server access administration and data administration for Unsecured Lending and Cards Group owned applications to ensure that all are processed accurately according to BPI policies and committed turnaround time. It manages general administrative and compliance related functions for BDTS division to comply with BPI policies and procedures. Responsibilities Formulates, recommends changes and implements guidelines, policies and procedures concerning unit's functions and system support to ensure efficient use of technology resources. Leads the team to ensure fulfillment of ULCG requests and resolution of production incidents Monitors inventory of logical keys and assists/coordinates with key custodians and other related party during Key Ceremony activities while making sure that only the required and designated/allowed custodians/parties are involved in the process. Manages the processing, documentation and implementation of system access rights Coordinates/performs risk control self-assessment, business impact analysis and other related activities for System Support and Administration Section to ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures and external regulations. Monitors OPEREX, CAPEX, Supplies, FFE and Computer Equipment requisition and physical inventory and HR-Related requirements based on BPI policies and procedures. Plans, justifies and controls financial budget of the department in order to maximize resources and minimize cost to the business. Provides system support to ULCG users Provides personnel planning, mentoring, training, career paths to direct reports in order to retain people.
