This requires a versatile individual who can handle various administrative tasks, ensure smooth office operations, and assist with day-to-day activities.The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.What you will be doing:Communication:
  • Liaise with internal teams and external clients as required.
  • Inbound / Outbound calls
  • Handle routine inquiries and provide information to staff and clients.
Data Entry and Record Keeping:
  • Input data into databases and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and update electronic records.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
Project Support:
  • Assist with special projects and perform research as required.
  • Support the implementation of new administrative processes and systems.
RequirementsWho are we looking for:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Associate or in a similar support role
  • ISP (Internet Service Provider) industry experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong multitasking ability with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Fast and accurate typing and note-taking skills
  • Experience with outbound calling and client communication

  • PHP 25,000 - PHP 50,000 monthly salary
  • The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including, level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range is only inclusive of base salary, not benefits (more details below).
