Performs installation and provides post-sales support for external customers at the shortest possible time to ensure that the targeted and reasonable Turnaround time is achieved. Conduct continuous study, testing and simulation of our products and solutions. Attend internal and vendor-sponsored training, or industry events to broaden knowledge and skills. Acquire technical certifications through self-study, sponsored, and paid certification trainings and examinations. Provide support on pre-sales activities such as preparation of Design, BOM, SOW, POC, Demo, and Presentations. Provide in-house IT support to the internal IT of the servers and storages of Microgenesis. Conduct trainings to internal and external customers and co-engineers (cross training) Prepare, update, and submit CRM, e-mail activity reports, and service slips, and continuously coordinate with the TSC Coordinator. Perform other functions that may be assigned by TSC supervisors and Managers such as; Provide in-house IT support to the internal IT of Microgenesis.
