
Sales Development Specialist

- Conduct overall support and research in assigned niche segment/s to identify and qualify leads that meet lead criteria
- Engage prospective clients and driving qualified leads to maintain a healthy pipeline
- Provide clear understanding of RISE products and services to prospective clients prior and throughout the pipeline
- Assist assigned enterprise sales team member/s (specialized account manager/s or otherwise) in keeping leads warm and informed
- Collaborate with the enterprise sales and relevant teams for lead generation activities and sales cadence
- Participate in Key Accounts market and prospect analysis, forecasting, and leveraging research results
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity in the CRM platform and other relevant tools
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives in the Sales division including documentation and execution
- At least one year experience in business development or sales support
- Proven experience in sales relationship building
- Excellent communications skills
- Commendable business communication skills, written and verbal
- Knowledgeable in CRM Systems (e.g., Hubspot) and other tools (Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Zoom, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills
