- Responsibilities:
- Maintains employee and organization information through Personnel Administration and Organization Management in HRMS and SuccessFactors
- Handles concerns and resolves cases and issues through HR Case Management (HRCM)
- Makes the initiative for bringing up issues to the relevant parties and demanding improvements of tools, routines and processes in order to work most efficiently.
- Liaises between COE SF Service Delivery and stakeholders.
- Assists in developing operational plans to make processes more efficient.
- Assists in implementing changes in processes and ways of working including alignment with global standards.
- Protects the integrity of Personal Data when handling, processing, and accessing Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills (oral and written)
- Good problem-solving and logical reasoning skills

- Bachelors degree in HR or equivalent
- At least six (6) months work experience as HR Administrator Service Delivery
