- Must be a college graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or equivalent, with at least 4-5 years of relevant job experience in providing HR strategic management and operations, particularly in the Philippine Security Agency environment
- With familiarity on local labor laws, compliance requirements and regulations, personnel management and best practices, especially those related to Security Manpower Services
- Proven experience in HR administration and data management, including workflows and processes, succession planning, recruitment, employment development and behavioral management, and key performance indicators
- Proficient in working with HR systems, writing and implementing policies, guidelines, and protocols, accomplishing reports, progress updates, and other materials while working with various teams, vendors, and clients in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Excellent attention to detail, highly accurate in maintaining various data and information, and exhibits strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication (with good command in written and spoken English), presentation, and negotiation skills
- Has high levels of discretion, confidentiality, integrity, discipline, professionalism, and interpersonal relations
- Must be willing to work in BGC
