- Receive, audit, and process purchase orders in Oracle
- Review of customer purchase orders against stock allocation, inventory and forecast
- Work with Distributors, Sales Reps, and Project Managers to resolve PO issues.
- Liaise with Factory suppliers, Projects and Sales/Service teams and provide assistance as required to ensure timeliness, quality of deliverables and efficient solutions for customers.
- Review project plans and monitor schedules to honor commitments to the customer.
- Coordinate all deliveries to site liaising with internal/external contacts.
- Work with Planning, Logistics and IT to resolve order logistics issues
- Track Inventory, monitoring allocation of unallocated stocks
- Communicate order status to Distributors, Sales Reps, Project Managers and track delivery
- Meet forecasted targets for outgoing orders monthly.
- Maintain Order Status
- Track Backlog
- Timely escalation of issues when delivery/project/transaction milestones are missed
- Detailed investigation to resolve issues encountered
- Trade Compliance
- Complete ad-hoc reporting when requested.
- Perform special tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management/Logistic Management, Business or any related course
- Minimum of two years' experience in supply chain operations, management and distribution preferably from an MNC environment or IT/Engineering Services industry
- Solid ERP and well-developed computer skills
- Solid Sales Operations skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to communicate with all levels within the organization.
- Good balance between independent and team player
