Job Description:We're hiring a Sales & Customer Service Representative. Someone who thrives on juggling multiple priorities, digging into admin processes, AND confidently handling customer interactions. You'll be the go-to support for inbound and outbound queries, product explanation, sales conversion, CRM accuracy, and post-sale assistance.This isn't a script-reading role. It's an end-to-end customer journey position where initiative, commercial awareness, and attention to detail are essential.Customer & Sales Focus:
  • Answer inbound calls/emails with confidence and clarity across a multi-product insurance portfolio
  • Explain complex product features and exclusions in a way that's human, not robotic
  • Qualify prospects and guide them from enquiry to purchase
  • Follow up warm leads to convert opportunities into sales
  • Manage post-sale support such as policy activation, document submission, and amendments
Admin, Tech & Process Backbone:
  • Log customer data and sales activity accurately in CRM and internal systems
  • Monitor and report on recurring questions or process gaps - suggest improvements proactively
  • Support internal workflows by triaging queries to the right departments
  • Help keep documentation clean, current, and compliant
  • Take initiative during downtime to assist with overflow admin tasks or team support duties
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years experience in a customer-facing, sales-driven role, ideally in insurance, finance, or professional services
  • Proven ability to close sales and manage customer journeys from enquiry to resolution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Confident, clear, and structured communicator with a high level of product understanding
  • Meticulous attention to detail with strong data and admin skills
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms, multichannel communication tools, and remote work software
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask, and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • German language proficiency is a significant advantage and will be prioritised in shortlisting
