What is your mission?As Platinum Services Concierge, you will be working on providing the very best service experience to our most loyal and important customers. From booking the services until actual service delivery.
  • Create a Peace of mind to our Platinum Guests: deliver great customer service to Blacklanes most important and demanding customers.
  • Create a relationship with our guests: being the single point of contact for them and trying to fulfill their needs - nothing is too fancy for us.
  • Collaboration with our chauffeurs: make sure that only the best chauffeurs will be assigned to our Platinum guest bookings.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with the client as a stakeholder to ensure alignment on priorities and activities.
  • Servicing our customers on various issues through 3 modes of communication such as emails, phone calls, and live chat
  • Meet customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics, and issue resolution targets, exceed customer expectations, and build customer loyalty.
  • Propose resolutions and follow up with customers on time and offer recommendations to prevent similar issues raised by the customers from repeating by providing feedback to client.
  • Develop and maintain a vast knowledge of Blacklanes products and latest offerings.
