- Assist customer requests for account activation, reconnection, subscription renewal, temporary disconnection, connection concerns etc.
- Handle inbound inquiries on subscription rates, plan inclusions and directory transfer.
- Abide by company policies for all calls and in providing services to customers.
- At least High School graduate.
- Must be a resident of Cebu.
- With a minimum of 6 Months call center or BPO experience
- Average to excellent written and spoken English.
- Knowledgeable in computer navigation, MS Excel and Word.
- Amenable to shifting schedules including night shifts.
