- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage by working closely with the Chef.
- Lead daily operations, ensuring smooth service flow during peak and regular hours.
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure clear communication across the team.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly with professionalism and care.
- Oversee bar operations, including inventory, costing, and stock management.
- Collaborate with the F&B Manager/Director in developing creative promotions and marketing initiatives.
- Propose and execute strategies to boost outlet revenue and guest traffic.
- Prepare and submit marketing plans aligned with revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver energetic and engaging service.
- Ensure team members are well-groomed and aligned with brand and hotel standards.
- Identify training needs and conduct regular coaching sessions.
- Foster a positive, high-energy, and team-driven work environment.
- Build strong relationships with guests and ensure memorable dining experiences.
- Recognize VIP guests and maintain personalized service.
- Promote a warm, lively, and authentic Italian dining atmosphere.
- Prepare monthly performance reports and other required documentation.
- Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and drive improvements.
- Attend departmental meetings and contribute to overall business success.
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant restaurant environment at all times.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in restaurant or hotel operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused mindset
- Proven ability to manage operations, drive sales, and meet financial targets
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Flexible, hands-on, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays
- Willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
