Product Manager

• Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on demand forecasts.
• Monitor and control production processes to meet output targets.
• Adjust schedules and priorities to accommodate raw material availability and equipment constraints.
• Ensure efficient use of raw materials and minimize wastage.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies (e.g., 5S, Lean Manufacturing).

• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance Department to maintain feed quality and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations such as Bureau of Animal Industry (BAI) and FDA feed manufacturing standards.

• Supervise and train mill operators, technicians, and other production staff.
• Evaluate team performance and promote a culture of safety and accountability.

• Enforce workplace safety protocols (aligned with DOLE-OSHC and other local standards).
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of raw materials and waste products.

• Work closely with the maintenance team to schedule preventive maintenance and address equipment breakdowns promptly.

• Prepare and submit production reports, KPI dashboards, and incident reports.
• Maintain updated SOPs and production logs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
• At least 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a feed mill or related manufacturing industry
• With PRC license
