- Responsible for New Product Introduction Creation of MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials)
- Responsible for creation/revision of Production Master Data ( Material Master, Bill of Materials, Routing, Change Master, Document Info Record)
- Collaborate with other Engineering Team & other cross functional areas to generate details in BOM , assembly drawing, Bill of the process and other pertinent information required to perform the job.
- Ensures engineering quality and data integrity of JDE/SAP work packages.
- Communicates effectively within and outside of own team to explain facts, policies and practices related to work area.
- Can influence decision makers with recommended course of action
- Problems are typically within a single area of responsibility and are typically solved through exercise of discretion and/or judgment, drawing from prior experiences or standard procedures and basic analysis
- Responsible for making minor changes in systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness of work area
- Procedure writing to set standards.
- Ensure KPI’s / metrics of the team are met
- All other tasks that are deemed appropriate by Product Engineering Manager.
- Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.
- College graduate preferably with Engineering degree.
- Knowledgeable in Manufacturing Assembly Processes, Process sheets, work instructions creation, or assembly manuals.
- Multi skilled with other function within work area.
- Knowledgeable in Engineering Tools: Proficient on the CORE analytical tools & techniques required for the job.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with modelled engineering data and configuration control through a PLM system and Teamcenter.
- Understanding of materials & tolerances of components and assemblies.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Must be at least a year in a current job level/post
- Should not be under a Performance Succession Plan.
- Should not received any disciplinary action for one year.
