- Supervise day-to-day branch operations to ensure cleanliness, food safety, service quality, and adherence to brand standards
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, and branch performance evaluations
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective action plans promptly
- Lead and coach Area Supervisors and Branch Managers to achieve strong team performance
- Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs and training programs across branches
- Work with HR to manage labor discipline, proper scheduling, and staff engagement initiatives
- Monitor inventory accuracy, waste management, and cost efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement for timely and cost-effective delivery of supplies
- Approve and control operational expenses in line with budget
- Ensure each branch provides a consistent, high-quality guest experience aligned with brand standards
- Monitor customer feedback and address concerns efficiently
- Recommend service improvements based on customer insights and operational data
- Prepare and review weekly/monthly operations reports (sales, labor cost, incidents)
- Identify areas for improvement and lead operational efficiency projects
- Collaborate with other departments such as Marketing, Training, and Business Development for aligned efforts
- Store audit and compliance scores
- Customer satisfaction or complaint resolution rate
- Labor cost-to-sales ratio
- Food cost variance and inventory discrepancy rate

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with proven success in managing multi-store teams
- Strong background in restaurant P&L, labor management, and cost control
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, POS systems, and analytics dashboards
- Willing to travel frequently across multiple branches in Metro Manila
