- Manage daily branch activities while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, service standards, and legal requirements.
- Maintain top-notch quality in service, food safety, and hygiene in every location.
- Introduce and refine processes that improve productivity, cut down on waste, and maximize profit margins.
- Lead, coach, and support Branch Managers and their teams in achieving operational and sales goals.
- Hold regular performance check-ins and create tailored development plans for leadership staff.
- Build a positive work environment that values accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.
- Analyze sales data, labor costs, and other performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Design and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
- Work alongside Marketing to boost customer traffic, promote upselling, and run seasonal campaigns.
- Guarantee that each branch consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction scores.
- Launch programs that strengthen repeat patronage and brand loyalty.
- Oversee the rollout of new branches, upgrades, and rebranding efforts.
- Coordinate with purchasing and supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Ensure all sites follow licensing, safety, and labor laws.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- At least 5 years of progressive experience managing multi-location F&B or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership background with a record of successfully managing large teams.
- Proven ability to achieve operational and financial objectives.
- Skilled in organization, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Comfortable using MS Office or Google Workspace; POS and inventory system knowledge is an advantage.
- Willing to travel regularly to branch sites.
