Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.As an Associate Fleet Guard Analyst for Process Automation business, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing complete and sizable software modules in the assigned software engineering function in one or more of platform and application management. Providing accurate project schedule estimates and ensures their successful completion within the deadline. Reporting to Service Manager, you will be executing assigned design and development activities focused on building solutions in an efficient and cost-effective manner and in accordance with quality standards. This position is based in Parañaque City, Philippines.Your responsibilities

Analyzing and evaluating incoming vessel data in order to ensure high quality data management and analysis
Handling our shipping mailbox, answer basic queries and ensure proper escalation for advanced queries
Basic understanding of our performance analysis, to monitor the accuracy of our solutions
Setting up services (RouteGuard and FleetGuard) set up operations services upon customer request
Contributing to improvement, participating in improvement plans, and actively contribute to the quality of our work

Your background

Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field
Experience in shipping is a plus
Customer-focused, always looking for ways to deliver the highest possible quality
Capable of working under pressure
A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
Having excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
