What You'll Do: Lead full-cycle recruitment for U.S. e-commerce, Amazon, and digital marketing roles Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates-fast Source talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and strategic headhunting Conduct engaging screening interviews and present compelling candidate endorsements Ensure an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates What We're Looking For: 3-5+ years of end-to-end recruitment (staffing agency, RPO, or in-house) Experience hiring for e-commerce, Amazon, or digital marketing roles preferred Strong sourcing skills and ability to attract passive candidates Excellent English communication skills-verbal & written Organized, resourceful, and results-driven Prior experience working with U.S.-based clients is a big plus Why You'll Love Working Here: Great Place to Work Certified Hybrid setup - Makati office (Tue-Thu) + remote days Competitive salary + PH employment benefits (upon regularization) Be part of a high-performing, supportive, and fast-growing team ????
