- Lead sales and business development efforts for the Philippine Metals and Minerals Division.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers.
- Source and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking events, industry conferences, referrals, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Organize and coordinate customer visits, sales presentations, and marketing activities.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, quotations, and pricing proposals.
- Act as a trusted industry consultant, fostering long-term partnerships with clients.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role within the Metals and Minerals inspection and testing industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine metals and minerals sector, including mining, trade, and distribution.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a growth mindset and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads and identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Resilient and able to perform effectively under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
