
SAP SuccessFactors Manager - Employee Central (Makati) | Hybrid

- Lead end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central across global clients.
- Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and design global HR processes.
- Configure Employee Central objects, workflows, business rules, and event derivations.
- Manage integrations with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll systems, and third-party applications.
- Ensure compliance with global HR regulations, data privacy, and localization requirements.
- Oversee data migration, validation, and cutover planning.
- Provide strategic input on leveraging RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP for cloud-based HR transformation.
- Support pre-sales activities including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development.
- Mentor and guide a team of SuccessFactors consultants and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Drive change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
- 10 to 12 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors, with at least 5 years in Employee Central.
- Strong hands-on experience in configuring Employee Central objects, workflows, and business rules.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center, SAP CPI, and SAP Identity Authentication Service.
- Familiarity with SAP BTP, SAP People Analytics, and SAP Cloud ALM.
- Knowledge of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP transformation models.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central.
- Exposure to related modules like Onboarding, Time Off, or Global Benefits.
- Experience with SAP Work Zone or SAP Build Apps for HR process enablement.
- Knowledge of GDPR, SOC compliance, and global HR localization practices.
