About the Role We are hiring Senior Testing Analysts to support the delivery of SuccessFactors and HRIS transformation projects. You'll design and execute test cases, mentor junior analysts, and partner closely with business teams to ensure system quality and user adoption. Key Responsibilities Write and execute detailed test scenarios and scripts based on business requirements Perform functional testing to confirm system builds match design/configuration Log, track, and retest defects in partnership with development teams Prepare UAT scenarios and support end users during test execution Mentor junior test analysts and share testing best practices Must-Have Qualifications Experience as a Senior Test Analyst (preferably in SuccessFactors or HRIS) Strong understanding of HR processes : recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, leave, learning, performance management, compensation Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices Ability to write clear and comprehensive test cases and defect reports Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills Good-to-Have Exposure to SAP modules beyond SuccessFactors Experience supporting enterprise-wide HR transformation projects Why Join Us Be part of a global digital transformation project Gain exposure to cutting-edge HR technology (SuccessFactors) Opportunity for extension or absorption into the organization Work in a collaborative, supportive, and international environment Show more Show less
