We’re hiring an IT Support Analyst to keep systems running smoothly across multiple offices and remote teams.The Opportunity at a GlanceWe’re looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Analyst to support IT systems and users within a growing healthcare organisation that provides services under the NDIS framework. This is a full-time, hybrid role for Philippine-based candidates , employed under a proper PH setup.To be considered, you must have strong technical knowledge across Microsoft environments , experience in system administration and troubleshooting , and excellent communication skills. You’ll be providing hands-on and remote technical support, ensuring IT systems are optimised to support clinical and operational teams.How You’ll Make an Impact

Provide timely technical support through the IT Service Desk, remotely and occasionally in person
Set up, manage, and offboard user accounts across ICT systems in collaboration with HR and operations teams
Manage ICT assets, ensuring they are deployed, maintained, upgraded, and tracked according to company policies
Perform system administration tasks within Microsoft O365, Salesforce, and other core platforms
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, phones, routers, and network switches
Support cybersecurity measures using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Cloud Apps
Assist with IT-related projects, testing, and the rollout of new technologies
Deliver training and guidance to staff on new systems or processes

What We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You:

Have at least 2 years of Microsoft System Administration experience including Intune, Exchange Admin, Azure AD, and other admin centres
Are proficient in supporting Windows 10, Microsoft O365, and Microsoft Security tools
Have hands-on experience in network installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
Are a strong communicator with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Can manage multiple priorities with strong time management skills
Are adaptable, proactive, and keen to learn and support new technologies
Hold a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (desirable)
Have Microsoft certifications such as MS500, MS900, or MS100 (desirable)

What Sets You Apart – You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:

Previous experience supporting IT operations in healthcare, disability, or NDIS-related organisations
Experience in multi-office support environments with remote and onsite troubleshooting
A track record of improving IT processes, security, or user training

Work Schedule & Employment Terms

Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Must be able to work in Australian business hours
Hybrid (once a month in BGC, Taguig) role for Philippine-based candidates
Proper Philippine employment setup (not freelance or project-based)
