- Oversees the human resources (HR) function for a small / medium size office or specialized function. May oversee multiple small offices.
- Under the direction from a HR Manager or Director, deals with more complex employee relations/human resources issues .
- Trains and educates operations on HR related topics.
- Exercises moderate judgment on details of HR systems and HR-related areas.
- Performs work that involves conventional HR practices but may include a variety of complex situations and issues.
- Refers to HR Manager or Director for guidance on complex issues.
- Bachelor's degree in business/ Administration / Human Resources
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources Services in a Shared Services/BPO Industry as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Senior Specialist.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
- Working knowledge and understanding of HR Operations standards and procedures (creation of offer letters, facilitation of background check, and maintenance of employee data records).
- Experience using Workday, SmartRecruiters, ServiceNow or other similar platforms and tools is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a varied audience and internal and external customers. (Communication)
- Ability to maintain good customer relationship with the ability to suggest ways to improve customer support customer experience (Customer Service)
- Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned tasks and identifying errors, duplicates, & discrepancies through defined methods. (Attention to Detail)
- Ability to identify and resolve simple to moderate with the ability to provide resolution alternatives by following defined policies and procedures. (Problem Solving)
- Ability to work in shifting schedule operating hours (Morning, Mid and Night Shifts)
- Amenable to work in a hybrid working arrangement/set-up of at least 2-3 days WIO per week.
