
Employee Services Coordinator - Oracle

- Perform simple activities in compliance with established procedures, strategies, and methodologies, in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Raise gaps relevant to the SOP/DTP. Escalate to Senior and Team Lead for process alignment.
- Escalates identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution.
- Ability to recognize when tasks or scenarios outside of normal. Raise to senior team member and team lead.
- Understand which transactions require audit for compliance SOX audit.
- Assist in the data gathering for report creation.
- Ensures accuracy of all data processed and entered in HR systems.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested or assigned.
- Monitor and respond to Employee Centre support simple requests.
- Understanding task prioritization and ensuring delivery of BAU on day-to-day basis.
- Amenable for hybrid set-up, 2-3x per week in the office
- Open for morning shift (9AM to 6PM, Manila Time)
- Bachelor's degree or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
- Basic knowledge and understanding of Time, Payroll and HR processes and procedures is preferred.
- Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related roles or other similar functions is preferred.
- Basic knowledge in using Workday, Oracle, ADP, ServiceNow, or other similar platforms and tools is preferred.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a specific group of internal and external customers. (Communication)
- Ability to maintain good customer relationship with the ability to understanding and respond to customer needs and requirements. (Customer Service)
- Ability to be thorough and meticulous in completing assigned reports, tasks, and documentation. (Attention to Detail)
